Spotter mobile Application

‘As we expect more from technology, do we expect less from each other?’ asks Sherry Turkle. Turkle’s question really inspired me and made me think about the impact of technology, especially that of mobile devices and virtual social networks, on the relationships betweenhuman beings. People may pay less attention to one another due to social media, but it does not necessary mean we should not use any digital communities. Spotter is a mobile application that aims to facilitate interaction between strangers based using their physical context,urban environment, and surrounding objects. This application will deepen our existing relationships and facilitate the creation of new ones through the reflection of our- selves, our inner circle and our heritage.
