In today’s fast-paced and overstimulated world, we often forget the importance of appreciating everyday moments and how special our daily existence is. Drawing inspiration from the unexpected moments of joy found when revisiting personal digital archives, this thesis asks viewers to reflect upon the beauty of everyday existence, a lens through which the ordinary can be truly extraordinary.
Small Things That Matter is a project deeply rooted in showcasing my unique perspective as a designer and the way I visually digest and interpret everyday scenes. Through the pages of the composition book, I aim to encapsulate feelings of serenity, joy, and contentment. Transforming mundane objects and scenes into reminders of beauty and gratitude for life, I hope to offer the audience a moment of solace amidst their hectic routines.
