Graphic Future is an exhibition that opens a conversation about design. The purpose of design is not only to solve narrow problems, but as a multi-ambiguity concept, which shapes variety of forms under different contexts in many outcomes. For example: design can convey concepts, engage audiences, and construct new systems.
The exhibition is comprised of four deepening levels: the New Form, the New Graphic, the New System, and the New Culture. The audience will be taken on a path that moves from style/function-centered design, to problem/issue-centered, focusing on broad visions and in-depth research, and ultimately using design as medium and vehicle to engage the audience actively thinking. Each section showcase a distinguished graphic design project that highlights the concept of the future of graphic design.
This aims to encourage the public and designers to rethink our ideas about design, participate in more open-minded design ideas, and understand the diversity of the design world.
