Ever since I was a child, I started to write diaries. Sometimes I look over my diaries I wrote in elementary school, and those good or bad memories flash back into my mind. Looking at those old memories often inspires a solution when I'm feeling low. They are something that keeps me motivated and growing.
This book is a collection of people’s memories. I have divided it into three parts. The first part is about significant objects that I collect from people around me. I let the people demonstrate what memories each object represents. This section is in chronological order by the year they got the object. The second part of this book is about food memories. What is one food that lets you remember a person, or a story? The last section is a little different than the first two chapters. It is about unforgettable anecdotes.
Through this book, I want to express those memories that represent ways of feeling, which people hold on to through different methods. Some of these methods can be hearing a song, seeing a photo, writing a diary, sniffing a scent, or missing a person. This project preserves a few of those formats and a few of those memories.
