For this thesis project, I’ve created a personalized digital space for those struggling with anxiety to record and keep track of their feelings, symptoms, and general experience. This project is aimed specifically at those who are unable to afford or attend therapy. This app creates a peaceful acknowledgement of their experiences in the hopes that they can improve their day-to-day experience while being informed with their personal data. This app also includes a guide and minor exercises to assist with anxiety issues on a daily basis. Track, learn, and take a break from anxiety in a customizable space.
