Since the start of the pandemic, Taiwan has started to be seen by the world of how well we managed Covid-19, yet except for our political background, not many people know the beauty of Taiwan or want to visit Taiwan for tourism. As someone who was born and raised in Taiwan, I’ve experienced the cultural diversity, the breathtaking natural sceneries, convenient transportation, and welcoming nice people. As a Taiwanese, I wanted to stand out and create an app that helps tourists to discover this beautiful island in a more in-depth way.
History makes us who we are. To fully know the ground we stand on, it is key to understand the past, and also be mindful about the future. Users simply go anywhere and take a picture of a place, then they will be provided with past, present information, and future plans within that space. The pictures that are taken will be used as assets for site information for others to view, too. There are more functions like most popular destinations, background information, and personal visited sites. In this way, tourists would be able to explore Taiwan in a more in-depth and convenient way.
