MyTranquility

Mytranquility.org is a website that helps people to relieve stress. Everyone has to encounter some degree of stress in life, particularly those of us who are living in busy cities. Every day, we encounter different sources of stress. Sometimes, we may be so overwhelmed by the stress that we may be unaware that we are putting our health at risk if we do not find ways to relieve the stress. Therefore, it is important for us to learn the means of relaxing and bring balance and peace to our mind. Meditation is one of the ways to relieve stress. According to project-meditation.org, “meditation has a calming effect on the mind and body producing endorphins and serotonin, which make us feel good naturally. These chemicals counteract the impact of adrenalin, which is produced in response to stress and anxiety.” Inspired by the meditation process, Tranquility is a website which aims to relieve stress. The Tranquility animations along with the curated music can help you focus, give you energy, alleviate stress, and make you feel relaxed. It is easy to navigate. It can assist you whenever you need it and wherever you are. Follow the prompts to achieve your goal of relaxation. I am interested in promoting the well-being and mental health of everyone. I like to investigate in human health and I have also done color therapy projects before. Stress has been a huge topic. Every day, we experience stress. Therefore, I want to create a website which can give people a peace of mind, especially those people who live in busy cities. By producing a meditation website, I hope I can create a sense of peace in people’s minds anytime, anywhere.
